Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Sales Support/Office Manager role within a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Line management or team-leading experience.
• Excellent IT skills, ideally advanced Excel, data analysis and reporting.
• Great communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales support team, conducting 1:1s, appraisals, team meetings, etc.
• Support Sales and Account Managers ensuring pricing, requests and workflows are efficient.
• Liaise with internal teams and build/maintain strategic relationships.
• Provide accurate MI reports and oversee workplace safety checks.
