Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Sales Support Team Lead to join the Tadworth area office. The role focuses on leading the sales support team, providing daily reporting to support sales managers, and maintaining efficient workflows.

The ideal candidate will have line-management experience, strong IT skills (advanced Excel) and a proven ability to deliver accurate MI reports while coordinating with internal teams. This is an office-based position with parking onsite and a 12-month FTC.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a similar Sales Support - Office Manager type role within a fast-paced commercial or operational business.
• Line management or team-leading experience
• Excellent IT skills, ideally advanced Excel, data analysis, and reporting
• Great communication skills and strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales support team, conducting 1:1's, appraisals, team meetings etc
• Support the Sales and Account Managers, ensuring pricing, requests and workflow processes are one efficiently
• Liaising with other internal teams and build and maintain strategic relationships
• Provide accurate Management Information (MI) reports within set deadlines and oversee regular workplace safety checks
• Monitor and ensure the Sales Support team is delivering consistently with a high level of quality at all times

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Sales Support Team Lead to work for a company based in the Tadworth, Surrey area. This is a great sales support - team lead, and office manager job opportunity for someone with proven people management experience and experience providing sales support to sales managers, including daily reporting.

Salary: up to £43K

Duration: 12 month FTC

Location: Office based - parking available onsite

Sales Support Team Lead duties:
