Job summary

Pasquill, part of Saint-Gobain, is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to join our Bodmin site. Apprenticeships will also be considered. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences and coordinating sales inquiries.

The successful candidate will undertake a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship and balance learning with daily responsibilities in a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM onsite setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience and sales administration support to the design team.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring needs are understood and opportunities progressed.
• Receive, assess and coordinate incoming customer enquiries in line with Pasquill processes.
• Maintain regular contact with customers regarding quotations and opportunities to improve conversion.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers.
