Sellick Partnership in Leicester, Leicestershire is seeking a Scheme Coordinator to deliver intensive housing management for older residents in supported schemes. The role is 3-6 months temporary with full- and part-time options, typically Monday to Friday 9-5. You will supervise on-site scheme operations, monitor contractors, assist residents with bills and benefits, and support tenancy activities and health & safety checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in supported housing or scheme coordination.
• Hold a Basic DBS or be able to complete satisfactory check.
• Full clean driving licence or authorised to drive a vehicle for work.

Responsabilités

• Provide intensive housing management for residents over 55 in supported living.
• Assist sites across bungalows and cat-1.
• On-site management and supervision of sheltered housing schemes; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor contractor performance and service delivery.
• Assist residents with paying bills and benefits.
• Carry out health and safety checks and safeguarding duties.
• Undertake pre-tenancy interviews and accompany viewings.
• Support tenancy sustainability and manage low-level antisocial behaviour.
