Midland Heart is seeking a housing management professional to support Retirement Living schemes in Wolverhampton. You will be based on-site at Cresswell Court, Malvern Court and Glaisedale Gardens, coordinating tenancy management and safeguarding for older adults while traveling to meetings at our Birmingham Head Office as required.

The role requires strong organisation, IT literacy, and the ability to engage with tenants to maintain safe, thriving communities.

Formación

• Experience in housing management with safeguarding for older adults.
• Ability to carry out building safety/compliance checks.
• Proficient IT skills and ability to communicate in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out void property viewings, sign-ups and tenancy management.
• Oversee building safety, safeguarding, fire safety and health and safety across schemes.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and ensure high customer satisfaction.
