Job summary

Midway Care Group is seeking an experienced Locality Manager to oversee two supported living services in Wolverhampton, empowering adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs to live fulfilling lives.

You will lead strategic and day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with CQC standards, develop person-centred care plans, recruit and develop the team, and build strong relationships with service users, families and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing supported living services or similar settings.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for two supported living services.
• Ensure services meet and exceed CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain person-centred care plans that promote independence and choice.
• Recruit, train and develop a passionate team to deliver exceptional care.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families and key stakeholders.
• Take on Registered Manager responsibilities and ensure safeguarding protocols are followed.

• Respond to new referrals, complete thorough assessments, and ensure service occupancy targets are met.
• Monitor staff performance, provide supervision, and support professional development.
