Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Reinstatement Agent to supervise reinstatement teams across our contracts in the Greater Manchester area. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate scheduling, and ensure work is completed to the highest standards with safety at the forefront.

The role involves on-site leadership for utilities reinstatement, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Utilities industry.
• Experience working on Civils related projects.
• NRASWA qualification or equivalent.
• Valid full driving license required.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Proficient with basic computer software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Have operational responsibility for reinstatement teams and their in-day activities.
• Organise labour cost-effectively including recruitment, disciplinary actions, wages and absences.
• Coach and develop staff to reach potential with a fair, consistent culture.
• Help manage frame and cover programme and ensure KPIs are met.
• Assist with defect programme and ensure KPIs and highway meetings are attended.
• Demonstrate knowledge of reinstatement for utilities.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Use Modular+ and client systems to deliver feedback on commercial and reinstatement work.
• Liaise with Support Services and Street Works teams to manage liabilities.
• Understand and comply with regulations including NRSWA.
• Conduct team inspections to ensure compliance and quality.
• Act as Health & Safety Representative and conduct safety inspections.
