Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor to oversee reinstatement teams on our contracts in the Derby area. You will ensure work is completed to the highest quality, on time, and within budget, across highways, building sites and private land.

You will lead on health and safety, coordinate with scheduling and support services, and drive a right-first-time culture while maintaining client satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in Utilities reinstatement projects.
• NRASWA qualification required.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Strong health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Take operational responsibility for reinstatement teams and in-day activities.
• Organise labour cost-effectively including recruitment, wages and absence management.
• Coach and develop staff to meet high quality standards and KPI targets.
• Manage the frame and cover programme and ensure KPIs are met.
• Coordinate with Support Services and Street Works teams to manage liabilities and ensure right-first-time reinstatement.
