Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor to oversee reinstatement teams across our contract on public highways, building sites and private land in Manchester. You will engineer on-site solutions, drive first-time quality, and coordinate with scheduling and client communication to deliver cost-effective results.

The role requires NRASWA qualification, a full driving license, and strong health and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• You have strong knowledge of the utilities sector and civils works.
• Experience with health and safety practices on site is essential.
• Proficient use of basic software and site systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise reinstatement teams on public highways, sites and private land.
• Organise labour cost-effectively, manage recruitment and absence.
• Coach staff to deliver high-quality, first-time reinstatement.
• Manage programmes, KPIs, and defect and highway meetings.
• Ensure compliance with NRSWA and relevant regulations.
