Job summary

Randstad Inhouse Services is seeking an on-site supervisor to support Caterpillar operations across the UK, primarily based at our Springvale site. You will lead recruitment efforts, mentor the team, and ensure smooth induction and payroll processes for on-site staff.

This hybrid role is based Monday–Thursday on-site with Friday working from home. Expect payroll duties, client liaison, and regular on-site stakeholder engagement, plus occasional travel to Larne.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Understanding of volume recruitment management desirable.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain processes.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptable and flexible, able to prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategies to attract the best people to the business.
• Supporting, mentoring and skill sharing with the team.
• Induction support for temporary staff.
• Payroll administration and client payroll liaison.
• Building strong relationships with the client and maintaining customer focus.
• On-site workforce support and meeting SLAs.
• Monthly reporting to key stakeholders.
• Engaging with on-site stakeholders and conducting floor walks.
• Covering the Account Manager role when required.
• Occasional travel to Larne site.
