Job summary

Randstad Inhouse Services in Belfast is seeking a Senior Account Specialist to manage on-site recruitment for a key account across the UK, primarily based at Springvale. You will develop strategies to attract top talent, mentor the team and oversee payroll, ER/HR queries and SLA-driven delivery.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate floor walks, provide issue resolution, and occasionally travel to Larne to support sites.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Experience in volume recruitment management is desirable.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and follow strong processes.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Supporting, mentoring and skill sharing with all team members.
• Induction support of team temp staff.
• Payroll tasks and ER/HR queries handling.
• Creating strong client relationships and maintaining a customer focus.
• Supporting the workforce and meeting deadlines and SLAs.
• Monthly reporting to key stakeholders and on-site communications.
• Standing in for the Account Manager when required.
• Occasional travel to Larne site to support operations.
