Job summary

Core Group in Nottingham is recruiting a Recruitment / Labour Manager to own a flagship construction account, overseeing labour supply for up to 200 operatives and acting as the onsite expert for recruitment and workforce planning.

You will manage the end-to-end process, ensure compliance, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with site managers to deliver reliable staffing in a fast-paced environment.
