Job summary

Core Search is seeking an experienced Recruitment / Labour Manager to lead a high-volume construction desk onsite, coordinating labour supply for up to 200 operatives. You will be the primary on-site contact for all recruitment and workforce planning needs, building strong partnerships with clients and operatives.

This hands-on role requires excellent organisation, relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment while delivering reliable staffing

Qualifications

• Experience in construction recruitment or onsite workforce coordination.
• Ability to manage high-volume staffing needs.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at the client's office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full labour supply process for a major construction account.
• Maintain and manage a workforce of up to 200 operatives.
• Work onsite direct at the client’s office as the dedicated contact for recruitment and labour coordination.
• Handle onboarding, timesheets, and right-to-work checks.
• Anticipate labour requirements and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Foster relationships with operational teams and site managers.
