Job summary

MERITUS are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our client within the aerospace and defence sector on a 12-month contract from their site in Oxford. This is a fully onsite position and will require candidates to undergo DBS screening, with experience of BPSS and security clearance processes highly advantageous.

This role operates Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, 37.5 hours per week, with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or recruitment coordination.
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of BPSS, security screening and right-to-work checks.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities across a busy organisation.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
• Liaise with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure compliant processes.
• Assist with onboarding processes.
