Job summary

Genesis Employment Services is seeking an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to manage an onsite account, ensuring staffing levels are maintained and workers are supported. You will be the primary contact between Genesis and the client, building strong relationships with client managers and workers.

The role requires handling attendance, welfare and performance issues, running compliance checks, inductions, timesheets and payroll liaison.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Recruitment or onsite account management experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and payroll processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview and register suitable candidates.
• Complete Right to Work and compliance checks.
• Arrange inductions and start dates.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client.
• Build relationships with client managers and workers.
• Manage attendance, welfare and performance issues.
• Maintain compliant personnel records.
• Monitor biometric clocking and resolve clocking exceptions.
• Process timesheets and liaise with payroll.
• Respond to staffing requests and monitor fulfilment.
• Track productivity and service levels.
• Promote health and safety and report incidents.
