Capital Recruitment Group is seeking an enthusiastic Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join our team for a minimum six-month engagement, working directly with one of our clients in Knowsley. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

You will manage day-to-day onsite recruitment, source and interview candidates, handle registrations and onboarding, verify right-to-work checks, and maintain

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, ideally industrial or logistics.
• Confident dealing with clients and candidates.
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and relationship building.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.
• Previous onsite recruitment experience would be highly advantageous.

The Role

Working Friday to Monday, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment requirements onsite and ensuring the client has the right people in place at the right time.
