Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator / Consultant to join our Petersfield operation. This office-based role focuses on coordinating a busy workforce, booking assessments, and ensuring smooth recruitment processes.

You will support shifts, handle payroll data, maintain records, and build strong relationships with workers and site management. The role offers full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with ongoing temporary opportunities and a training program.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or administration.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the workforce across shifts.
• Book candidate assessments and interviews.
• Greet candidates on site and conduct handovers.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Process payroll information and timesheets where needed.

• Provide general administrative support.
