Job summary

Nexus People is seeking an On-site Recruitment Consultant for Magna Park, Lutterworth. The role supports day-to-day site operations, working Sunday to Wednesday, 12:00–22:00, with a pay rate of GBP 13.24 per hour.

The ideal candidate has logistics recruitment experience and can manage end-to-end recruitment processes on-site, from attraction to onboarding, while keeping within compliance and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with all aspects of Recruitment, from attraction to onboarding

• Remaining aware of local area competition, fluctuations in pay rates, and changes to candidate activity

Nexus Peopleare looking for a reliable and proactive On:Site Coordinator to join our recruitment team at Magna Park, Lutterworth.

This is a hands:on role working directly with our clients and temporary workforce, ensuring smooth day:to:day operations on site.

Working asan On:site Recruitment Consultant:

We are looking for people with a recruitment background who understand the requirement for flexibility when it comes to working hours and days. This is a full:time role, but there will be times when you may be required to do additional hours, during the busier periods.
