Responsibilities

• Maintain and build relationships with workers and key clients, and participate in planning and forecasting meetings.
• Utilise feedback systems to review comments and drive continuous improvements in processes.
• Collaborate with the client to deliver quick turnaround of candidates.
• Identify commercial opportunities locally to grow the client base and future opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies such as Agency Worker Regulations and minimum wage requirements.
• Build candidate pipelines for future temporary requirements and support payroll administration.
