Job summary

Jobandtalent is seeking an Account Manager to oversee the operational delivery and growth of a Global Client at our Worksop site. The role focuses on day-to-day management, payroll closure, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities, with experience in similar environments. This position supports on-site operations and multi-site coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or supervisory roles within a similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive problem-solving with fast decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the site.
• Lead and maintain a responsive team and service on site.
• Oversee site recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Collate and present Management Information; run weekly meetings with client Ops/HR.
• Close payroll weekly; manage holidays, cost reports, and obtain PO numbers for invoicing.
• Ensure adherence to Company Policies and internal compliance.
• Monitor systems to maintain accuracy and accountability of the onsite team.
• Ensure team performance meets KPIs and site SLAs.
• Cover coordinator duties during annual leave.
• Oversee a third site with seasonal demand, supported by onsite team.
