Job summary

Pertemps Leicester is seeking a Contract Recruitment Consultant (Office Based) to own the end-to-end recruitment journey for a busy distribution operation. You will attract, recruit and support a reliable workforce and build strong relationships with candidates, colleagues and the client.

The role is office-based, full-time (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm), with a salary of £28,000-£32,000 plus up to £2,000 annual commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or related roles is valuable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and organisation, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and building relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment journey from campaign to placement.
• Create and run recruitment campaigns to attract candidates.
• Source talent via job boards, social media, referrals and local networks.
• Screen, interview and select candidates for vacancies.
• Coordinate inductions, assessments and on-site activities.
• Support with attendance, welfare and payroll queries.
• Build relationships with candidates, colleagues and client stakeholders.
• Monitor service levels, recruitment activity and KPIs.
• Utilize data and market insight to improve attraction and retention.
• Assist with driver compliance and shifts as needed.
