Job summary

Pertemps in Leicester is hiring a Contract Recruitment Consultant (Office Based) to manage end-to-end recruitment for a major distribution client. The role is permanent, office-based, full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm, in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

You will attract, recruit and support a dependable workforce, handle shifts, and ensure a high-quality service for candidates, workers and the client, with training provided and clear progression

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment is valuable but not essential; full training provided.
• Must be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment journey from attracting to placing candidates.
• Source talent via job boards, social media, referrals and local networks.
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Coordinate campaigns, inductions and assessment activities.
• Build relationships with candidates, workers and client stakeholders.
• Monitor recruitment activity, service levels and KPIs.
