Job summary

Pertemps Leicester is seeking a Contract Recruitment Consultant (office based) to own the end-to-end recruitment journey for a busy local distribution operation. You will create engaging campaigns, proactively source talent, screen and interview candidates, and coordinate inductions and assessments to ensure client demand is met.

Qualifications

Office-based role in Leicester with full training provided.
End-to-end recruitment journey ownership.

Responsibilities

Create engaging recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
Proactively source talent via job boards, social media, referrals and local networks.
Screen, interview and select candidates for vacancies.
Coordinate recruitment campaigns, inductions and assessment centres.
Manage candidate availability and ensure shifts are supported.
Complete right-to-work checks and compliance processes.
Provide ongoing worker care, including attendance, welfare and payroll queries.
Build trusted relationships with candidates, colleagues and client stakeholders.
Monitor service levels, recruitment activity and KPIs.
Use data and market insight to improve attraction, retention and service delivery.
