Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Site Process Expert to join the EU Process Excellence (EUSC PE) team. The role is field onsite at a UK Sortation Centre, with flexibility to adapt to local shifts and travel up to 0-10%.

You will deploy improvement initiatives, build networks with the SC leadership, and drive compliance to deliver tangible productivity gains. The role offers Lean Six Sigma exposure and pathway to Green/Yellow Belt.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Amazon Operations, Central Flow, or related supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Deploy process improvement initiatives within the SC and track timelines.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with EU PE and SC leadership.
• Analyze performance metrics and translate findings into action plans.
• Support daily Gemba walks and share best practices across EU sites.
