Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking Site Process Engineers for the EUCF Process Engineering (EUCF PE) team. The Site Process Engineer is an onsite role based in EUK1 and collaborates with FC leadership to deploy improvements and ensure compliant, productive operations.

The role focuses on ownership of initiatives, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional influence to deliver tangible productivity gains across EU Fulfilment Centers. Expect 0–10% travel and close partnership with central teams.

Qualifications

3+ years in operations or process improvement
Experience with data analysis and metrics tracking
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization basics
Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Willingness to travel 0–10% within the region
Flexibility to work in shifts when required

Responsibilities

Lead Back to Basics initiatives by analyzing bottom 50% processes and implementing improvement plans.
Oversee FC improvement programs and coordinate with central PE functions and regional Site PEs.
Drive EU network initiatives, ensure timely execution and compliance with OP1 Project Intake.
Maintain partnerships with FC Operations through daily Gemba walks and regular meetings.
Support ad hoc process tasks and potentially lead EU projects across multiple FCs.
