Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior Site Process Engineer to join the EU Process Engineering team in an onsite, non-shift rotation role. The position offers high-level exposure to EU initiatives and a chance to lead multi-site programs.

You will drive continuous improvement, mentor SMEs, and apply data analytics to inform decisions and design long-term solutions across the EU network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, operations, logistics or related field.
• Experience in supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting.
• Experience managing multiple ongoing projects.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Full-time FC presence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives against network benchmarks.
• Lead weekly performance reviews with site leadership as Cost Champion.
• Conduct deep dive analyses and turn insights into action plans.
• Use AI and analytics to provide granular insights and reduce cognitive workload.
• Mentor SMEs/SSMEs in operational excellence and Lean methodologies.
• Lead EU network initiative deployment across multiple sites.
