This role requires the ability to demonstrate ownership for initiatives, understand the initiatives in details, and influence to deliver meaningful results translating to tangible productivity and efficiency gains in the FC.

Key job responsibilities

The Process Engineer leads Back to Basics initiatives by identifying top opportunities through analysis of bottom 50% processes, comparing metrics against EU FC benchmarks, and implementing improvement plans with Operations Management. They own the deployment of EU network initiatives, ensuring timely execution and compliance while supporting tests and pilots.

Partnership with FC Operations is maintained through daily Gemba walks, weekly LSC Meetings with Leadership Teams, and building strong relationships with Site Leaders and Senior Management. They provide support for process‑related ad hoc tasks (limited to 10% of time) and may lead expanded EU Projects across multiple FCs.

During Q4, they integrate with the site management operational team. The role requires 0-10% travel within their area of responsibility, subject to business needs.
