Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. seeks a Site Process Engineer to join the EUCF Process Engineering team. The role is onsite at EUK1, collaborating with FC Leadership to implement initiatives, drive productivity, and improve efficiency across EU fulfilment sites.

Responsibilities include leading process improvement programs, conducting deep-dive analyses, and ensuring timely deployment of EU network initiatives while supporting tests and pilots. 0–10% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or process improvement.
• Experience with data analysis and metrics tracking.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to travel 0-10% within the region.
• Flexibility to work in shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Back to Basics initiatives by identifying top opportunities through analysis of bottom 50% processes and benchmarking against EU FC standards.
• Oversee FC improvement programs, perform deep-dive analyses, and manage action plans with Operations Management.
• Drive EU network initiatives, ensure timely execution and compliance, and support tests and pilots.
• Collaborate with central PE functions and regional Site PEs to share best practices and reduce variation.
• Travel 0-10% within the area as needed and participate in site leadership activities.
