Job summary

Apogee, based in Greater London, is seeking an Onsite Service Assistant to act as the face of the company at a prestigious corporate location. This highly client-facing role focuses on delivering a first-class workplace experience and responsive support to employees and visitors.

You will respond to requests, maintain print and IT equipment readiness, build relationships with stakeholders, and work closely with the wider support team to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, facilities, workplace support, retail, reception or front-of-house roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Professional and articulate interaction with people at all levels.
• Able to build positive relationships and credibility quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional point of contact for print and workplace support queries.
• Respond promptly to requests and ensure issues are resolved or escalated.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and end users.
• Maintain high customer service standards and client satisfaction.
• Proactively monitor print devices and ensure they are fully operational.
• Manage consumables including replenishment, ordering, installation and recycling.
• Provide basic device support and resolve minor operational issues.
• Monitor service performance and report updates to the Area Service Manager.
• Collaborate with Apogee and client teams to meet service levels.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Apogee positively.
