Job summary

Pure Talent Group in London is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site support for MFDs and photocopiers, working independently and with the team to resolve faults and maintain excellent client relationships.

You will install, service, and configure devices, keep accurate service logs, attend manufacturer training, and proactively report recurring faults to keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering on-site support for MFDs and photocopiers.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support within SLA targets.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults.
• Install, service, and configure devices.
• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation.
• Share knowledge and support team development.
• Cover for colleagues during peak periods.
• Attend manufacturer training to stay up to date.
