Job summary

365 People is seeking an organised Onsite Recruitment Coordinator based in Milton Keynes, with travel to Luton and Bedford as required. You will support our logistics client by recruiting and onboarding temporary warehouse staff, handling registrations and compliance, and coordinating daily bookings and shifts.

You should be confident with clients and temporary workers, able to stay organised in a fast-paced environment, and flexible with hours (2pm–10pm).

Qualifications

• Recruitment or onsite experience would be beneficial, but training can be provided.
• Confident dealing with clients and temporary workers.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible approach to working hours - the usual shift is 2pm-10pm, however some flexibility will be required depending on operational needs.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential due to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and onboarding temporary warehouse staff.
• Completing registrations, Right to Work and compliance checks.
• Managing daily bookings, attendance and shift requirements.
• Checking workers in and supporting them onsite.
• Liaising with the client regarding staffing requirements.
• Dealing with worker queries and day-to-day issues.
• Supporting the wider onsite operation across MK, Luton and Bedford.
• Maintaining accurate records and compliance standards.
