ER Recruitment are excited to be working with our client, a prestigious visitor attraction in Grantham, to recruit an Operations Manager responsible for smooth day-to-day operation and an exceptional guest experience. The role is highly hands-on, with time spent on the floor working with teams and resolving issues as they arise.

This role requires strong people leadership, experience in visitor attractions or hospitality, and a proactive approach to improving operational standards and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in a visitor attraction, hospitality, leisure, tourism or similar customer-focused environment.
• Strong people leadership with ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Proven organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day running of the visitor attraction and guest experience.
• Lead and develop guides, volunteers, reception and ticket office teams including recruitment, training, rotas.
• Oversee HR administration and ensure people processes are managed effectively.
