Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, a digital healthcare company that makes wearable heart monitors, seeks a junior post in its UK Operations Team in Bagshot. The role focuses on receiving and processing patch devices, data entry across systems, and stock control, with accurate documentation and data management.

You will pick/pack shipments, maintain stock locations, and ensure compliance with quality systems. Full training is provided, and no degree is required.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process patch devices, including patch data upload.
• Enter patient information manually and data across multiple systems.
• Pick and pack outgoing shipments to specification, labelling cartons.
• Receive deliveries and load them into the correct stock location.
• Complete and maintain shipping, stocking and intake documentation and systems.
• Check data accuracy and initiate corrections.
• Report potential system or device issues or risks to management.
• Handle patient data in line with corporate policy and compliance standards.
• Communicate across departments.
• Work on proactive projects to improve the service offering.
• Follow Quality System requirements.
