iRhythm in the United Kingdom is seeking a detail‑driven Shipping and Intake Associate to handle outbound shipments, intake patch devices, and maintain related documentation. You will verify data accuracy and ensure compliance across systems, while collaborating with team members in a fast‑paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to learn and adapt to process changes.

Responsabilidades

• Pick and Pack outgoing shipments and ensure they meet specifications.
• Receive deliveries and load into correct stock location.
• Complete and maintain shipping and stocking documentation.
• Verify data accuracy and initiate corrections when needed.
• Affix shipping labels and identifiers onto cartons.
• Process intake of patch devices and upload data.
• Maintain intake documentation and systems.
• Communicate potential system or device issues to management.
• Adhere to policy and compliance standards in handling patient data.

SHIPPING ACTIVITIES

• Pick and Pack outgoing shipments and ensure shipments meet specifications.
• Receiving deliveries and loading into correct stock location
• Completing and maintaining all associated shipping and stocking documentation and systems
• Verifies the accuracy of the data and initiates corrections when needed.
• Affixes shipping labels, identifying information, onto packed cartons or containers, as required

INTAKE PATCH ACTIVITIES

• Receiving and processing of the patch device
• Patch data upload and manually entering patient information provided
• Completing and maintaining all associated intake documentation and systems
• Communicating with Management any potential system or device issues or risk
• Adhere to corporate policy and compliance standards in handling patient data.

Work Pattern

40 hours per week worked Monday - Friday: 2 days (8am - 5pm) and 3 days (9am - 5pm) with a 30 minutes lunch, there is flexibility on which days.

Compensation

£26,500 per annum + benefits

About You

• Bright, confident and articulate with a willingness to learn
• Responsible and accountable
• Strong attention to detail
• Degree not required, Secondary School and College qualifications preferred
• Physical requirements include reaching, bending, and sitting, negligible lifting
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as under own supervision
• Good time management skills and able to adjust priorities when business needs change.

Technical Skills

MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams experience preferable Full training provided on all systems and processes
