Avant Homes Ltd is recruiting for a Sales Advisor on one of our developments in Fife, Scotland. You will provide on-site sales consultations, helping clients find their dream home, and work within a friendly, target-driven team.

This full-time role (35 hours per week, Thu to Mon) offers a competitive salary with a discretionary commission scheme, holiday buy/sell accrual, private healthcare, a company pension, life assurance, and exclusive employee benefits platform.

Qualifications

• Experience of working on-site for a new homes developer in a targeted sales environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Flexible attitude to working pattern and days.
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all on-site sales and administration activities.
• Update customers weekly on plot progress and status.
• Collaborate with Site Manager and Regional Sales Manager to maintain quality and presentation standards.
• Assist in producing KPI reports and updates for the development.
