Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional for an L&D Advisor role in Enfield. You will shape learning experiences that build capability, improve performance and support business growth, blending design with delivery across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will identify development needs, design and deliver interventions, and use AI and new technologies to enhance learning, measure outcomes and drive impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in an L&D Advisor, Learning Partner, Learning Consultant or similar role.
• Experience designing as well as delivering learning solutions.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to talent development, career frameworks or succession planning.
• Experience creating digital learning content and using learning technologies.
• An interest in AI and new approaches to learning and capability development.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and feedback to improve learning.
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to introduce ideas and challenge existing ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and improve L&D programmes for different employee groups.
• Lead engaging induction and onboarding experiences that help new employees succeed.
• Partner with managers to identify capability gaps and develop targeted solutions.
• Support talent development, career pathways and succession planning.
• Create blended learning that combines face-to-face, digital and self-directed approaches.
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve learning design, content and engagement.
• Evaluate programmes using feedback, data and performance measures, then use the findings to improve outcomes.
• Build strong relationships as a visible and credible L&D partner across the business.
• Bring new ideas to support the growth and development of the L&D function.
