Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an IT Desktop Support professional for a Rugby assignment. The role focuses on maintaining IT systems and assets, assisting with upgrades, and delivering end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Serve new commercial sites with network installation and site connectivity.
• Provide workplace IT support and resolve IT issues for commercial sites.
• Act as IT concierge for end-user troubleshooting across channels.
• Respond to issues by phone, email, in person, or chat and guide users through solutions.
• Maintain and close incidents in the ticket system and support local IT needs.
