Job summary

Colossus Recruitment is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer in Stoke-on-Trent to provide on-site IT support across desktops and mobile devices. You will resolve hardware/software issues, assist with imaging, and support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace users.

The role requires an Enhanced DBS check and does not sponsor work visas. It is a 3-month contract Inside IR35, with a focus on delivering timely, user-friendly IT assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support to users across desktop and mobile devices.
• Experience with IT service desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for desktop and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, printers, and AV equipment.
• Assist with image deployment for Microsoft and Apple devices.
• Support users with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace applications.
• Maintain records in the IT ticketing system and escalate where needed.
