Job summary

Addepar seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Global IT team in London as our first on‑the‑ground hire. You will own end‑user IT support for the London office, ensure local device readiness, and partner with global teams to deliver secure, consistent IT services.

You will administer Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, macOS and Windows devices, with Jamf/Intune‑style MDM tooling, driving onboarding and a strong first day employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate IT environment.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Zoom.
• MacOS administration at scale; Windows knowledge.
• MDM tooling experience (Jamf/Intune preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, ownership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-user IT support for the London office and remote workers.
• Provide desk-side and meeting-room IT support and onboarding.
• Maintain IT documentation and runbooks; contribute to global standards.
• Collaborate with global IT, Engineering and People teams to ensure security and usability.
