Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking an Interviewer/Assessor to join on a permanent basis in Woking, onsite. The role focuses on running physical and psychometric assessments under strict conditions and applying a detailed marking guide to grade candidates.

The position requires interview experience, excellent communication, a driving license, and the ability to mentor candidates, with 37.5 hours per week over a 7-day period including overnight on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Brief and deliver all cognitive assessment activities under test conditions.
• Contribute to an unbiased test environment for all assessments.
• Assess candidates against fixed criteria.
• Provide feedback on performance and next steps in recruitment process.
• Conduct individual career discussions with candidates.
• Write accurate reports to assist recruiters and instructors.
