Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking an Interviewer/Assessor to join on a permanent basis in Woking, onsite. The role focuses on running physical and psychometric assessments under strict conditions and applying a detailed marking guide to grade candidates.

The position requires interview experience, excellent communication, a driving license, and the ability to mentor candidates, with 37.5 hours per week over a 7-day period including overnight on-call duties.

• Write accurate reports to assist recruiters and instructors.

Our client has an opportunity for an Interviewer/Assessor to join them on a permanent basis.

As an Interviewer/Assessor, you will be responsible for the implementation of both physical and psychometric assessment activities under strict test conditions. The application of a detailed marking guide to ensure candidates are graded in accordance with their ability.

Role: Interviewer/Assessor

Location: Woking - fully onsite

Clearance: Must be able to qualify for BPSS security requirements

Salary: £27,820 + Night Allowance of £85.95 per night

Hours: 37.5 hours per week over a 7-day period. This will include overnight chaperone and 'on call' duties once per week

What you'll be doing:

• Briefing and delivering all cognitive assessment activities under test conditions
• Contributing to an un-biased test environment for all assessment activities
• Assessing candidates against fixed criteria
• Providing feedback on a candidate's performance at assessment, their assessment outcome and their next steps in the recruitment process
• Conducting individual career discussions with candidates
• Writing accurate reports to assist recruiters and Basic Training Instructors to understand the candidate's strengths and weaknesses
