Job summary

The Launch Group is an award-winning training and recruitment company delivering skills development across the UK. We seek a Tutor/Assessor to deliver sector-specific workshops, support candidates, and help shape content with guidance from senior staff.

You will build relationships with employers, monitor progress, and participate in continuous improvement. A teaching qualification and an assessor qualification are expected, with support to achieve them, plus a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Requires a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. Level 3 Award in Education and Training, PTLLS, or willingness to work towards one).
• Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA) or commitment to complete it with our support.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to transport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, sector-specific workshops and support candidates throughout training.
• Help shape programme content and resources with guidance from senior staff.
• Build positive relationships with employers and candidates, supporting recruitment and job outcomes.
• Monitor quality standards and record candidates' progress accurately.
• Contribute to team planning and continuous improvement activities.
• Receive ongoing training in teaching, assessing, and account management.
