The role delivers a high-quality, fair assessment process for graduate, intern, and apprenticeship hiring across the UK, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Please note that Monday and Friday are mandatory office days, with a third office day required during peak interview periods, and the role is hybrid

Qualifications

• Structured or competency-based interviews experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and assessment.
• Early Talent, graduate, internship or apprenticeship recruitment desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills for high volumes of activity.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment technology platforms.
• Passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume virtual interviews and assess against the Early Talent framework.
• Record interview scores and feedback in the recruitment platform.
• Support in-person final-stage interviews in the London office.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the process.
• Be SME for the virtual interview platform, troubleshoot issues.
• Help candidates prepare via helpdesk sessions and calls.
• Communicate recruitment outcomes and provide feedback.
• Manage candidate inboxes and arrange reasonable adjustments.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Progress candidates through the process to ensure a smooth experience.

Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)
Contract: 6 Months
Vacancies: 4
PAYE Rate: £199 per day
Umbrella Rate: £264 per day

We are seeking four Candidate Interview Specialists to join our Early Talent Recruitment team on a 6-month contract. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, fair and consistent assessment process for graduate, intern and apprenticeship hiring programmes across the UK, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume virtual interviews and assess candidates against the Early Talent assessment framework.
• Record interview scores and feedback accurately using the recruitment platform.
• Support in-person final-stage interviews in the London office.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the virtual interview platform, including troubleshooting issues and supporting colleagues.
• Help candidates prepare for interviews through helpdesk sessions, calls and other communication channels.
• Communicate recruitment outcomes and provide feedback to candidates where required.
• Manage candidate inboxes, responding to queries and arranging reasonable adjustments.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Progress candidates through the recruitment process in a timely manner to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

About You

• Experience conducting structured or competency-based interviews.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment.
• Experience within Early Talent, graduate, internship or apprenticeship recruitment is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of activity.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment technology platforms.
• Passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience.
