Job summary

CPOMS Systems Limited is seeking an Implementation Specialist to drive successful deployments of CPOMS, StaffSafe, Engage, and related systems for educational clients. On-site customer meetings and training will be required, with a focus on project management and ensuring data privacy compliance.

You will work with the Professional Services team to deliver trainings, manage milestones, and maintain client records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing CPOMS or similar systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering client training and supporting implementations.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance.
• Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients post-sale to align on goals, priorities, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Create a project plan outlining required roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure completion of key milestones to meet customer goals.
• Communicate with clients throughout the implementation process.
• Ensure project team is aware of deliverables and milestones.
• Demonstrate knowledge of CPOMS products and training approaches.
• Manage complex implementations with small-market customers.
• Adhere to departmental processes and maintain systems of record.
• Facilitate training for administrative and end users of CPOMS and Raptor software.
• Support the Professional Services Manager and wider team with administration tasks.
• Update and maintain customer databases using Salesforce and internal systems.
