Job summary

DataCareers is seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Project Manager to join a large-scale digital transformation programme within a complex, enterprise-level organisation. You'll lead delivery of multiple Salesforce implementation projects across the full lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires strong governance, RAID management and robust reporting, in a hybrid work setting

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations as Project Manager.
Experience leading Salesforce projects from business case through go-live.
Exceptional stakeholder management across senior leaders, business users, tech teams, and suppliers.
Experience in large matrix organisations, with Agile or hybrid delivery.
UK-based, resided in the UK for five years, and eligible to work in the UK.
Experience with Salesforce Core, MuleSoft, Agentforce or related ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of multiple Salesforce implementation projects across full lifecycle.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
Ensure successful outcomes with strong governance, planning and reporting.
Work in a hybrid model across Oxfordshire and Hampshire.
