Job summary

CPOMS Systems is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support CPOMS, StaffSafe, Engage and related systems, driving successful implementations and training for clients. You will deliver high customer satisfaction through project management, training, and adherence to data privacy laws.

Based in Skipton with hybrid work, you will meet clients post-sale, develop project plans, track milestones, and coordinate with the Professional Services team to ensure timely delivery and value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing software and delivering training to users.
• Ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Understanding of data privacy requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients after sale to align goals, priorities, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Create a project plan outlining roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure key milestones are completed to achieve customer goals.
• Communicate with clients throughout the implementation process.
• Ensure the project team is aware of deliverables and milestones.
• Demonstrates knowledge of CPOMS products and training approaches.
• Manage complex implementations with small-market customers.
• Facilitate training for administrators and end users of CPOMS and Raptor.
• Support the Professional Services Manager and wider team with admin tasks.
• Update and maintain customer databases using Salesforce and internal systems.
