Job summary

Priory Hospital Middleton St George in the North East seeks a 12-month HR Lead to head onsite HR and resourcing, support managers with recruitment, onboarding and employee relations, and manage the onsite HR team. Qualifications

• Previous experience coordinating HR activities in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite HR and resourcing, supporting managers with recruitment, onboarding and HR processes
• Work with central talent acquisition and onboarding teams to attract candidates and keep recruitment and onboarding on time
• Monitor DBS checks, professional accreditations and mandatory training, arranging training where needed
• Support colleague engagement and retention, including engagement surveys, exit interviews and absence management
• Manage the onsite HR team, keep accurate employee records and support employee relations, including investigations and grievances
