Priory Hospital Solihull is seeking a HR & Resourcing Co-ordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination across the site, helping to create a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.

You will collaborate with the Central Talent Acquisition team and external resourcing partners to meet Time To Hire targets, process new hires, and ensure timely onboarding. Experience in HR administration and employment law is essential.

Formación

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent HR qualification.
• Minimum of three years HR experience.
• Experience managing employee relations cases and knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience as HR Administrator or HR Assistant in a commercial environment.
• Healthcare sector experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support site lead and Central Talent Acquisition to agree recruitment methods for challenging resourcing scenarios.
• Collaborate with Onboarding teams to ensure offers, processing, and onboarding align with Time To Hire KPIs.
• Coordinate and arrange mandatory training to maintain site compliance.
