Hotelcare is seeking a full-time HR Administrator to support on-site at Holiday Inn Kensington. You will advise managers, manage HR cases, and ensure that policies are followed in a busy department.

The role requires meticulous data handling, onboarding via HR systems, and maintaining personnel records, with collaboration across payroll and risk teams to meet hotel management expectations.

Qualifikationen

• HR qualification (CIPD Level 5) is preferred.
• Experience managing disciplinary and grievance cases.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience as an Administrator supporting an HR team is advantageous.
• Good understanding of HR and data management.

Aufgaben

• Act as first point of contact for internal and external queries (email, phone, ticketing).
• Maintain personnel records and HR data.
• Onboard new candidates using HR systems.
• Provide general administration and data management support.
• Handle HR cases including disciplinaries and grievances.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Risk and on-site teams.
• Monitor, measure, and report HR matters as required.
