A resource sector company is looking for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their Project team onsite on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This role requires a solutions-focused HR professional to influence workforce outcomes and manage complex ER/IR matters. You will partner with leadership to provide effective advice and support day-to-day HR functions, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and smooth operational processes. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in a related field, particularly within unionised environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in mining, construction, engineering, or resources sector.
• Demonstrated experience with industrial relations matters.
• Confidence in navigating HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on complex ER/IR matters.
